Hi guys.. just wanna ask a short qns..

i know it is possible for infection from frenching.. frenched with this girl whom i think was sexually active, about 1year 4months back. Past 12months like no symptoms, only weight loss, quite alot about 6~7kg. Only recently have cough(2months alr), followed by flu and high fever.

What are the chances of me getting infected? Heard that if got gum bleed or cut in mouth will spread the virus but I myself must have cut for infection, or if I swallow the blood will kena? And about checkup.. what are the procedures and cost? Thanks in adv bros.

If you're worried about HIV, all you have to do is go for a blood test to confirm or dispel your fears.

No amount of advice here can provide a definitive diagnosis of your symptoms.

bite the bullet and get tested. there are anonymous testing centres in singapore. just fork out the $$ and do it.

your worry shouldn't be HIV. is at all your risk of herpes, syphilis, throat gonorrhea etc are much higher than HIV.

Brother, cost should not be an issue. It's not going to make you broke. If anything forgoing your next visit to a KTV or other places like that should more than well enough cover the cost of such a test. Brother, think of the scenarios? She gives a BBBJ to someone with an STD say dick herpes. 30 mins later you start initiating French kissing. So effectively, you ate semen off her teeth and tounge by freching or you basically sucked another SG's dick BBBJ style. Brother, at best case you sucked someone's dick and at worst case you sought direct injeciton of an STD into your mouth. Which STF? Who knows. 's okay bro understand where you are getting at. the thing is im not sexually active at all. Yes the furthest I've gone is heavy petting with my partner whom is a virgin as well so can't be from any sources except this girl. it's just this fateful incident when this girl initiated french all of a sudden, of course i oblige la haha, no time to react also.

i know there's a stickied thread about the risk and such, but i haven't got any obvious symptoms since the incident which was 1year+ ago. Will be going for a checkup soon cos i saw a neigh clinic displaying "Insta-HIV" test. Once again pardon this inexperience guy here asking a stupid question.

$30 to $50, depending on where you get tested. Can get your results in 20 mins for rapid testing

Brother, if you are both virgins then probably not much to worry about but do get the test. Brother, I understand it can be awkward for two virgins to fuck for the first time.

Deep or open-mouthed kissing is a very low risk activity in terms of HIV transmission. HIV is only present in saliva in very minute amounts, insufficient to cause infection with HIV.

There has been only one documented case of someone becoming infected with HIV through kissing; a result of exposure to infected blood during open-mouthed kissing. If you or your partner have blood in your mouth, you should avoid kissing until the bleeding stops.

"Advice" is a non countable noun; you do not add an "s" to make it plural.

"Advice" is like "Rice". You say... "Please pass me the Rice." You don't say "Please pass me the rices" because "Rice", like "advice", is a non countable noun.
