Just wanna highlight this to bros over here. Tonight I kenna fly kite by a FL. Booked for 7.30pm but could only reach around 7.40pm due to unforeseen circumstances. Who knew ANOTHER unforeseen fuck up was coming. FL did not show up for the next 15 minutes although OKT already confirmed booking and asked me to wait. Keep in mind that I alr informed OKT that I was otw since 7pm. Not show up last minute and want to be served immediately.

Only when after asking for update a few times and want to cancel appointment, then OKT say this FL don't want to respond to phone call and was not feeling well enough to work.

Don't want to name and shame here but bros better watch out. Confirm and double confirm before making the effort to show up for your appointment. Make sure that the OKT actually knows what is going on with their FLs. At least have the courtesy to inform when their FL is not responsive. Hope everyone won't be as lucky enough to encounter this nonsense. Have fun chionging bros!
