I've more or less covered all of the pattaya beach road / 2nd road / baukow / 3rd road areas and now I'll like to explore jomtien and other side of the Sukhumvit highway. Trouble is I always plan but end up enjoying the regular 'duies' so much that we forgot to explore.

Jomtien is a laid back place. lots of farangs like to buy Jomtien property that is facing the sea. pretty nice view. Jomtien not much action as compared to Beach road, Sai 2 and 3.
probably your schedule is too short to explore Jomtien. perhaps staying 4-5 nights would suffice?
