To be honest no difference.
Depending on the ML some might feel sian and cut down on their work and service some would put in harder work to make all she can before she goes.
Only issue is they most prob have to leave the current premise and find a new and safer place or sometimes just operate from a hotel.
In some views it might actually be safer cos they will just be waiting for the order to leave sg permanently while on white card, and most probably the police raids will not be bothered with her anymore. Either way a raid also won’t get you into trouble.
