as for yr 2nd question, u need to up 1000 others 1st, b4 u can up the guy again the 2nd round...this may take u as long as 1.5 yrs the earliest if u up 2 bros daily w/o fail...like yr 1st question whether u can up him again for the 2nd time, u just need to try n try until his weighing scale icon opens up for u to up him again...hope this helps answer yr questions
