Legend Hotel has always been a favorite by a lot of Hong Kong patrons, causing perpetual room shortages. On top of that some KTV managers and Assistants like to pre-book many hotel rooms as exchanges for customer stays if the customers book KTV sessions through them. In many cases those customers has cancelled the booking last minute causing a lot of vacancies but no one can book those rooms due to last minute changes. The hotel has made changes to the accommodation policy to counter react to these situations, from now on the rooms booked with legend group hotels cannot be cancelled or the customers have to pay a hefty penalty, customers also have to pre-authorize the room charges during room booking. For those who used to book rooms with legend hotel, please take note of these changes.

The hotel rooms at the New Regent Hotel have also been re-distributed through some large local distributors. The rooms are scarce resources at the New Regent Hotel nowadays due to the middle man resale and very often we can't get the rooms without paying for unreasonable prices.

Ramada Emerald Hotel has revamped their accommodation policy and prohibited hostesses in their guest room during the period of next two months.
