Just curious that as i understand the prostitution is only legal At selected geylang area, other FL is not.

Means case of police raid is possible for those hotel/apartment/massage parlour? Will the "piao ke" got into trouble if visiting FL at the mentioned place?

Long story short, no customer will not be affected, it is not illegal to visit illegal brothel or MP with special services

Calling chicken is totally legal here in Singapore, regardless the chicken got license or not.

Not only that, even if the blueboys break in the room while you are fucking an unlicensed chicken, you have all the rights to finish the deed first before converse with the blueboys. How amazing is that? :)

Every person who in any public road or public place persistently loiters or solicits for the purpose of prostitution or for any other immoral purpose shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.

Dear Bro TS Walaoyeah,

1) Prostitution is not illegal in Spore (Surprisingly, it is illegal in USA except for 12 counties in Nevada where it can only be done in a legit brothel)'

2) Soliciting for purpose of prostitution in public is illegal. So, in private place, can la.. :rolleyes: that's why when police come, WL simply sashay off ..

3) Living of the earnings of the prostitute (pimping) is illegal. This is just not take cut or commission from WL, but charging her rent and know that she is a WL.

4) Facilitating prostitution such as lookout, driving WL around to locations, receiving bookings and scheduling them is illegal as facilitating crime of living off her earnings

5) Don't ask me if a person has a WL as girlfriend and she gives him pocket money regularly.. is it pimping ? ;)

6) Usually, AV raid try to catch WLs on overstaying, illegal activities not allowed at premises (like HDB flat- got declare to HDB such activities or not, or KTV/MP in permit license say no activities of sexual nature)
