maybe we should all give suggestions here on how to relax our mind
cause i know how this feels and it's killing me b4 the stds can.

let me suggest a few
"watch comedies" laughing is one of the best medications.
if you are at work, maybe just fantasize and keep ur mind occupied.fantasizing works best for me i haven found anything else to keep my mind occupied. but if the situation gets too hot, just use mrs.right hand to relieve yourself.maybe u should write a piece of note and paste it infront of ur desk to remind you of NO SEX for 3 months. but dont make the message too obvious just ensure u understands it :)

Worst come to worst try masturbating till shacked. Go see some funerals or read up on HIV and death and u will wish u r a saint. Just click a search for stds will do.

If tio is tio already so just embrace life as it is. It is not what we did but we we can do in future. Do some charity work, help the unfortunate, donate to singaporepools. LOL.

Well, in other words, I just gone through these 90days. I did not bonk any WL/FL in those 90 days. Complete abstinence

For the 1st month... it was a big struggle not to have paid sex
2nd month became easier.
3rd month was different struggle. It's like you wished that test day will never come. You need not have to go through the entire ordeal of drawing blood and dealing with that unbearable 20~50mins of waiting for results.

Work is good for me. My job is very engaging.... when I work, I dun think about sex or test results. But when I leave work... I stay away from home because I'm never too happy at home. For the last 3 months, I have been drinking almost every other night. Hanging out at pubs along Joo Chiat and Orchard towers every other night. This may sound like very bad advice but I understand my cheonging patterns. When I get stressed and unhappy or completely sexually starved.... I will go geylang/HC/FL and binge. Somedays, I can fxxK 4 different girls at a go, few times a week.

To avoid getting stressed.... I worked very hard to be efficient & focus at my jib
To avoid getting unhappy.... I stay away from home until it's late past midnight
To avoid being sexually starved.... I still dabble with porn and light rabba rabba at places in JC/OT/KTV

Bottomline... I think you need to know your cheonging patterns and what are your typical "triggering events/conditions" and know how to avoid/manage them. But I must warn.... what works for me may not work for everybody

If you have good friends whom you can trust..... get their support. When you're horny... call them to TCSS drink kopi. If possible have his/her company on the day you go to DSC. You'll never know when you might chicken out and skip the test. Have someone to talk with you and distract you when waiting for the test results is also a good idea
