Ejaculated blood, should I be of concern?
 

Too long din shoot, so watched a bit of porn to destress

There was like something blocking before shooting out a load

However, after resting for like 20mins, I went to urine and found blood in my urine after some blockage

Is it normal?

Bro, don't too stress out. Many ur back I have some bleeding in urine ( mix in the urine flow, tiny to see). C doc, and doc don't really can answer a actual reason as this is quite common. One of the reason he quess is I running ( I run a lot) when full of urine in bladder. Take some med and recover, and never happen again. U just check with qp. Should be ok one

Don't just check with GP. They have limited tests they can do for you. Hematuria means there is blood in your urine. Do a CKD-EPI (eGFR) test. At least get a base reading now from which you can monitor yourself regularly from.

Better to go to a polyclinic at times. Cheaper for the tests if you are Singaporean

Wouldn't say it's normal, definitely not, but a test and medicine will do help. Also didn't have correlation with you not being released for long time, still will not ejaculated blood.

Are you currently under pressure or lack of resting? Same happened to me one year ago while I was working hard and didn’t rest for two months. Result in the same way, went to see doctor, he did the test and asked me to rest well. Took one week off, then back to normal. Still, better to see doctor if you got concern on it.

Happened to me 2 to 3 years back. Didn't check, but read that it could be due to burst vessel from frequent HJs. Rested for a week or two and it recovered. Don't clamp your lil bro too hard when pcc, that was the advice I got from the Internet...

Did encounter similar before. Also didn't release long and masturbated. End up was because I jerked off too hard and there were micro tears on my foreskin where the blood source was from. I am uncircumcised with quite tight foreskin and the blood was at the inner foreskin where it got mixed with cum

One should definitely be concerned if there is blood in the urine. This is what they classified as Hematuria in medical term. GP will without a doubt refers you to a Urologist as blood in urine is no joke. From there ultrasound and a cystoscopy will likely be carried out to rule out the dreaded cancer. :(
