Yes, AS is not far to soi 6, just walk toward the junction and cross the road of sai 2 (Top supermarket) and take the baht bus going toward the north.

Has stayed in August Suite and April Suite (sister of august) before. Nice hotels at Pattaya Central and just turn left of hotel will find the open foodcourt just around the corner. Planning to stay this coming trip with my kaki.

Believe gf friendly hotels were either mentioned in this thread and also Tim's guest friendly webbie link. But see you got around this at Amari:p

On soi 10, there are a few good choices, with good location between 2nd road and beach rd. And 2 doors away from Central Mall. Baht bus runs circuit on either end.

Like Page 10 (boutique hotel), SeaMe
http://www.page10hotel.com. (Tim has got good offer circa 1.7k)
http://www.seamespringhotel.com (apartment style with terrace)

Depends on individual's budget and comfort level. Believe there are many budget guest house types <1k

August Suites is good, big sized rooms with nice terrrace/balcony. Also on transfer stops by Bell.

But your jan/feb dates are distant, and high season tail end

I stayed at Seamespring hotel last nov when I visited patts. It's just a soi away from Central festival, so if want to bring your gal for a walk or meal in the mall (which I did), it's quite convenient.

I took the most basic room, which was spacious with see thru bathroom where you could see the bathtub:D but the gal I brought home that night was shy to shower in the tub if not could have had a romp in the tub 555.

Staff wise, good service but speak little or poor english, but even when you raised your voice at them, they still smile at you. KNN where to find such service here? Btw, I didn't but I saw a couple of our asian cousins did when I was there.

It's sister branch, seemespringtoo is across the soi...oh there's also a convenience store nearby when I bought my condoms..:D I won't mind staying there if I'm heading back to patts...

When in Pattaya, or basically in Thailand, be sure not to get confused between the friendly and beautiful ladies and ladyboys.

Was in PAT for a night due to biz and pleasure.
Stayed in AT SEA RESIDENCE HOTEL. GF hotel but make sure booked room that indicates 2 adults.
Went to Bachelors Agogo at LK. Ladies good mix. Got SYTs to MILFs. Drinks wise standard PAT pricing (e.g. Teqila at THB165). Mamasan and ladies there quite proactive in asking for LDs.
Went to Good Fellas near mouth of Soi 6. Cosy bar for drinks and good company. A few ladies there from Issan. I thought mamasan looked great for her age. Maybe next time I try to barfine her. Ha ha.
Hope to visit PAT soon as it is a good change from BKK.
