Actually what is consider as indecently dress? now a days most attires are getting more and more revealing

engaging in obscene and sexual acts in a public that is already illegal because everyone can see it, including minors...

engaging in obscene and sexual acts entertainment establishment is also a very thin line.....

say if the AV catches us in the act , in hdb flats or hotel
even though looking for prostitutes is legal , will we be hauled back for statements as the AV may be looking to convict the pimp or the atb ?

I guess ultimately, it's up to their discretion if you have flouted any of the above postings which I asked that was also confirmed by a bro.
If doing in house, better be ultra careful because there are some rules which can confiscate your property if violated.

Unless the blueboys intentionally want to cause you trouble, otherwise they will just ask you few questions (for the sake of formality) and then just let you go. I doubt you can even call it a statement.

Don't worry, you will not be "hauled" back to police station not with an arrest warrant. Know your right, bro. :)
