If I were to take a bus from Ekamai to Pattaya, can someone tell me where the bus station is located in pattaya. from Google it appears quite far.

Should be North Pattaya, not far from Central Pattaya. Take the motorsai or songtaew from the bus station to where u want in Pattaya.

Just follow the crowd and board the sangtow. Dont take individual one coz that will cost more. There are signboards written in english.

Depends on where u wanna go also. Most toursit take the one heading to and then roundng beach road

FYI, most songtiows working the circuit between Walking Street and Pattaya Sai Nueang will make you get off on either end of the circuit. 10 Bahts each way.

Girls will be lesser as they went back hometown.

Not advisable to ride the motosai if you have luggage or large backpack...... I ever saw a guy riding pillion with his haversack slung over his right shoulder and as the rider weave in and out between vehicles.... his haversack got caught on one of the vehicle and the motosai crashed and he got dragged along the road until someone stopped the vehicle.

to your qn... yes and no. some gals will go back but during songkran...the bf will increase two fold as bars do not want them to go back. so maybe those ang pai who have earned enough will go back. but generally...hard not to be able to find gals.

Bf as stated above is usually 1200bht instead of 600bht during songkran. but not sure if this is for e whole of the holidays or part there of. LT and ST are up to the gals but generally there will not be much of an increase in these rates. again..i may be wrong.

if u take bus from Ekkamai to Patts from the bus station there are mang songteaws aka baht buses. Most of them will be going towards Beach Rd. Just ask the drivers where they are heading.

Where most mongers stay & where Walking Street is the area is Central Pattaya. For noobs juz remember 2 major roads can already - Beach Rd & 2nd Road.

Songteaw from bus station will travel along Beach Rd towards the direction of Walking Street. After they do a u-turn at Walking Street and head back towards the bus station. Just press the buzzer to alight anywhere along the way.

Costs Bht10 irregardless of distance traveled. Roads are all one way traffic. So I hope u get the picture.

FYI - Songkran in Pattaya is celebrated later than the official dates. Last day this year would be 19 April. Whether girls a lot or little it depends, Bro AhTeck here already said, Pattaya makes its own rules! :D
